The Famous explores the ups and downs of a relationship when a couple, both actors, are approaching their potential break into fame. Laura plays Katharine, opposite Jason Bowen playing Nate. Laura plays Sandy, hairdresser to Gloria (played by Katharyn Grant), who has returned to their hometown after failed attempts at a singing career in New York. Directed by Katharyn Grant and written by Beaty Reynolds, "The Mighty King of Love is set in the 1970's, with musical numbers, nuanced acting and writing, and tasty photography. This is a film inspired, in part, by Robert Altman's 'Nashville'...The Mighty King of Love is the story of a man who is, for all appearances, one of society’s losers, and a woman whose inability to live according to convention is both her downfall and her saving grace." CSI Beethoven

Laura plays Dr. Amelia Hoffman, a forensic scientist, alongside talented actors, the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, and the fabulous Marin Alsop. In Plain Sight Season 3 Finale: A Priest Walks Into A Bar

USA Network

Laura made her national television debut on the Season 3 Finale of In Plain Sight. She co-stars as Cynthia Curtin, a Literature Professor who seeks advice from bartender and friend, Gabe, played by the incredibly cool Joe Spano. In Plain Sight is filmed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and airs on the USA Network. It stars the lovely Mary McCormack as Mary Shannon, a US Marshal working in the Federal Witness Protection Program. Feature Film, Jimmy Said

Laura plays the lead female character, Lindsay, alongside many talented Colorado actors in Jimmy Said. This feature-length film was written and directed by Patrick Sheridan, and produced by MaryLee Herrmann and Jim Brennan. Both cast and crew for this project were absolutely wonderful and it was a blast from start to finish. Shining City at Miners Alley Playhouse in Golden

Directed by Richard Pegg. Set in Dublin, Shining City takes place in the disheveled office of Ian, a former priest turned therapist. Ian is visited by John, a middle-aged man who has lost his wife in a tragic accident. John is having trouble sleeping and is desperate for help, but Ian has his own troubles, including a new baby and a crumbling relationship. John soon reveals the source of his insomnia: he's been visited by the ghost of his dead wife and is now terrified to return home. In this contemporary ghost story, Conor McPherson explores what it means to lose faith in God and in one's self.

When the screenplay for Good Will Hunting drops mysteriously from the heavens, the boys realize they're being tested by a Higher Power. Starring Missy Moore as Matt, and Laura Norman as Ben.

 

 

A Body of Water at The Bug Theatre (Modern Muse Theater Company) in Denver

Directed by Stephen J. Lavezza. A middle-aged man and woman wake up one morning to find themselves in a strange house atop a mountain surrounded by water — with no idea who they are or how they got there. On three different visits, a mysterious young woman (played by Laura Norman) fills in their potential biographies. Blessing's intriguing portrait of this couple’s condition shows us that without the firmament of memory, life can be a never-ending stream of possibilities – and secrets.
